We routinely collect and store the following customer data in connection with a registration, an order and/or purchase via our web-shop and/or via an order form, or for telephone orders:

So-called "Mandatory Entries" are marked by a "*" in the required data-entry field. Any additional information is provided on a voluntary basis.

Your data is stored separately as master data and as billing data, as is required by the current privacy protection laws.

Your data is locked out from further use upon completion of the contract and the complete payment of the purchase price, and is deleted upon expiration of the storage term required by tax and commercial laws.

Data is only stored permanently if you have previously registered with us, and have received log-in information. In this case you can demand the deletion of the data at any time (see section  6).

If you subscribed to our newsletter, your e-mail address is used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The subscription can be stopped at any time via your own customer profile, but also by telephone, letter or fax.

We store the contract text and send the order information by e-mail. You can also view the standard business terms and conditions at any time here . You can view your prior order history in our customer login area.
