    You will receive an order-confirmation / AXRO order number as soon as your contact-person has processed your order.

  • Where can I see the status of my order?

    Please log in to your personal customer’s area (My AXRO) to see a chronological history including your online orders as well as the ones you passed via email etc.

  • Can I cancel positions from my order?

    If you wish to cancel positions from your order, please contact your personal sales manager.

  • Are the availability dates of my backorders visible online?

    As soon as we have any expected availability dates, we transfer them into the webshop. You can see your backorders and respective availabilities in your personal customer’s area (My AXRO) under “Backorders”.

  • Which brands does AXRO offer?

    You can find a complete list of the brands we offer at the menu point “brands”.

  • What is the minimum order value?

    We work with a minimum shipment value. This means that we can proceed with the shipment as soon as the available order-volume reaches a certain amount. For further information please contact your personal business partner.

    To see a full history of fulfilled deliveries please go to Deliveries/Invoices in your personal customer’s area (My AXRO).

  • Can I generate a webshop access for my colleague?

    For additional logins to our webshop please contact your personal sales-manager.

  • Where can I see my credit limit or open invoices?

    For legal reasons this kind of information is not transfered into the webshop area.
